The room i got was quite disappointing. It felt small and cramped. also, the breakfast wasn't great. The selection was quite limited. the service felt a bit impersonal at times

i stayed at this hotel and had an absolute blast. the staff provided great local recommendations and a map, i discovered hidden gems. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries. the waitress ensured i had everything i needed. i received complimentary bellinis and snacks on the roof terrace!

the room was small, and i could hear noises through the walls which wasnt ideal for sleeping

air conditioning malfunctionmissing sign

The air conditioning wasn't working properly . it was being repaired at various times, even when i was in the room! also, i couldn't find a 'do not disturb' sign for the door. The corridor floors are not carpeted! this meant i could hear a lot of noise from people walking past and staff moving around, which wasn't great.
